A witty post on the religions of the world
Could you think of a couple of words to sum up each of the main religions of the world? Well some genius philosopher has and here are his succinct pearls of wisdom. If I was to guess which religion he sympathised with most it would have to be Rastafarianism, but he also covers Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Taoism, Islam and many more.

This funny cartoon joke drawn by Tim Whyatt, the Australian cartoonist, made me laugh. You may remember his Bangkok cartoon, well this one is another funny cartoon. As soon as you see this funny image you will know what is going on as you imagine an Attenborough voice over explaining that the piranha often likes to begin a meal with an hors d’oeuvre.
Facial expression FAIL… Not the best face to be pulling when a photo is being taken
Check out this funny photo, which is also an epic fail, as this sports fan shows why he is watching baseball and not playing it… he has the reactions of a scared bunny. As the catcher jumps over the barrier and reaches out to make a memorable catch a young man in the front row reacts by pulling a funny face and holding his hand in a strange way.

Back to the age old battle of the sexes for our daily dose of comedy today as we see a cartoon about a woman visiting a wishing well. When she has finished wishing she finds herself in a rather different state to when she arrived… but her wishes have been granted, so can she complain?
Referee is victim of crowd abuse of the more inventive variety
It seems that referees are always getting abused. In soccer they are screamed at by players, managers and fans alike, with every decision they make called into question. Here we have a slightly more innovative example of abuse from the crowd as this ice hockey referee has a funny sign held up behind him with a cartoon thought bubble with the words “I’m the biggest idiot ever!”.
A funny quote from Mark Twain
The great American author Mark Twain, or Samuel Langhorne Clemens to give his real name, was a famous wit and has many funny quotes accredited to him. Here is one of them, in picture form, related to giving up smoking. This funny quote rings so true and I know many smokers who have agreed with Mark Twain’s sentiment here.

It seems that we have another example of bad English, aka Engrish, here as a sign promises the wrong thing. The funny sign reads: keep back from the platform edge or you may get sucked off. Someone has snapped this poorly worded sign and turned it into a Motivational Poster with a comment about waiting for an hour and not getting any joy.
Pirate vs Original DVDs and they wonder why…
Here is a funny image that highlights the difference between a pirate DVD and an original DVD. The pirate DVD is actually more consumer friendly as you are able to skip any notices and trailers, if there are any, whereas with the original you can often spend fifteen minutes sitting through trailers, FBI warnings, Blu Ray ads and other annoyances.

The 2012 phenomenon comprises a range of eschatological beliefs that cataclysmic or transformative events will occur on Earth on December the 21st, 2012, which is said to be the end-date of a 5,125-year-long cycle in the Mayan Long Count calendar.
